Tracey Tee’s life took a dramatic turn when the pandemic derailed her successful career as a touring comedian. Amid the lockdown's grief and the challenges of early menopause—compounded by a reliance on SSRIs—Tee found a transformative experience on a camping trip with fellow moms: her first encounter with magic mushrooms. The profound relief and clarity she experienced spurred her to carefully integrate microdosing into her routine, gradually reducing her antidepressants. Recognizing a deep, shared struggle among mothers—many of whom resort to alcohol or pills for coping—Tee founded Moms on Mushrooms in 2022. This private, low-cost online community offers microdosing courses, open discussions, and a safe space for moms to explore alternative healing methods. With a mission to de-stigmatize psychedelics and promote intentional, sacred use, Moms on Mushrooms is empowering mothers to heal and become happier parents. Read more at the link below.
